CAP is the acronym of Centre for Advancement Programme. CAP is a local non profitable voluntary organization. It was established in 1991 with the initiative of some like minded local energetic young man who have enough experiences in social welfare and development of the locality and for rural marginalized people.

CAP envisages a well organized, educated and empowered gender society free from starvation, exploitation, deprivation, malpractice and hunger (material & spiritual) where the people, irrespective of religion, caste and creed live with love, respect, human dignity, freedom, democratic rights, health and in a harmony of peace & happiness.
Working in group & community approach hand in hand with people, special emphasis on women & hardcore poor of the society by way of helping them – to be conscious about socio-economic & political-cultural situation and to realize the values, dignity and rights of each & every individual and take action of non-violence as well as profitable activities for their integrated development.
