Job Responsibilities
- Response social media based customer queries in time
- Collect market information and prepare report according to the data
- Make prompt communication to sales/ service team for resolving any problem raised by customers/ dealers/ retailers through social media and online platforms for confirming customers support
- Execute sales approach to customers through online platforms and social media as well as finalize sales confirmation
- Assist marketing team with inquiry tracking data in prescribed format
- Manage digital marketing activities on event as required
- Track and report on online performance
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the supervisor

- Bachelor degree in any discipline
- Skills Required: Adaptability, Fast typing skill, Good communication skills, patient and polite, Understanding of Digital Platform Social Media Handles
Additional Requirements
- Age 22 to 35 years
- 1-2 years working experience in digital marketing will get preference
