Job Responsibilities

  • Response social media based customer queries in time
  • Collect market information and prepare report according to the data
  • Make prompt communication to sales/ service team for resolving any problem raised by customers/ dealers/ retailers through social media and online platforms for confirming customers support
  • Execute sales approach to customers through online platforms and social media as well as finalize sales confirmation
  • Assist marketing team with inquiry tracking data in prescribed format
  • Manage digital marketing activities on event as required
  • Track and report on online performance
  • Perform any other tasks assigned by the supervisor

  • Bachelor degree in any discipline
  • Skills Required: Adaptability, Fast typing skill, Good communication skills, patient and polite, Understanding of Digital Platform Social Media Handles

  • Age 22 to 35 years
